Il Fatto Quotidiano: Atti osceni davanti una minorenne alla fermata del bus: arrestato psicoterapeuta dei vip a Roma

Si è fermato con l’auto davanti a una fermata dell’autobus, a pochi metri da due istituti scolastici, e ha compiuto atti osceni davanti a una studentessa minorenne. È stata la ragazzina a denunciare, permettendo alla Polizia di fermare un 42enne, psicoterapeuta di vip e calciatori. L’uomo è stato posto agli arresti domiciliari in esecuzione di un’ordinanza cautelare firmata dal gip del Tribunale di Roma, Paola Della Monica. Lo psicoterapeuta è indagato per atti osceni in luogo pubblico aggravati dalla presenza di luoghi abitualmente frequentati da minori, ma gli si contesta anche la recidiva. L’uomo infatti era già stato condannato a un anno e 8 mesi e rimesso in libertà per corruzione di minorenni e atti osceni davanti a minori.
Stando alle prime ricostruzioni degli agenti, il fatto è avvenuto in via Collatina, nel primo pomeriggio. L’uomo ha parcheggiato la propria Peugeot 208 nei pressi delle due scuole verso le 14.30: un orario compatibile, per gli investigatori, con l’uscita degli studenti dall’istituto comprensivo “G. Gesmundo” e dalla scuola media “Salvo D’Acquisto”. L’auto era ferma nei pressi della fermata dell’autobus dove una ragazzina stava aspettando il mezzo per tornare a casa: è lì che il 42enne ha iniziato a masturbarsi all’interno dell’abitacolo fissando la giovane “insistentemente” e “senza mai distogliere lo sguardo”, come si legge nell’ordinanza. A quel punto la minorenne spaventata ha iniziato a urlare e insultare l’uomo che si è allontanato rapidamente.
Nel corso dell’interrogatorio, la difesa del quarantaduenne ha sostenuto che il comportamento contestato sarebbe stato frainteso dalla minorenne. L’uomo avrebbe riferito di soffrire di una dermatite nella zona genitale, patologia che gli provocherebbe improvvisi e insopportabili pruriti. Il gesto compiuto all’interno dell’auto sarebbe stato quindi finalizzato a trovare sollievo dal fastidio provocato dalla malattia. Una tesi che il gip ha definito “contraddittoria e inverosimile” aggiungendo nell’ordinanza che i fatti risultano incompatibili con la spiegazione fornita dall’indagato.

A strike with political and economic motivations. In the capital, Atac reported that service will be guaranteed exclusively during legal hours: from the start of service to 8:29 am and from 5:19 pm to 7:59 pm. In the territory of Rome Capital, the strike will affect the entire Atac network and the networks of the Autoservizi Troiani/Sap, Autoservizi Tuscia/Bis, and Atr retailers. On the Atac network, the strike also affects connections made by other operators under subcontracting and the ClicBus Atac on-demand bus service. In Milan, Atm explained that some lines may not be guaranteed from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm and after 6:00 pm until the end of service.
