It was good as hell though 👀🤤

This toast consisted of toasted sourdough, drizzled with olive oil and topped with: smashed avocado with salt and fresh cracked black pepper, lemon zest, sliced heirloom tomato, wilted arugula tossed with a light drizzle of olive oil and red chili, balsamic caramelized onions, roasted italian herbed beet slices, sliced and pan fried garlic, an over easy egg, goat cheese crumbles, and habenero hot sauce (they topped theirs with sriracha). I finally had the pleasure of teaching @sebalicious how to make gnocchi from.scratch! They were the most perfect sous chef in helping me make us a DIVINELY DELICIOUS dinner consisting of beet gnocchi tossed with pesto, baby arugula, balsamic caramelized onion, and topped with goat cheese crumbles, accompanied by a fillet of lemon garlic salmon and pan fried beet greens! It was perfection! No notes! 11/10 would make this for us again!

I noticed that @sebalicious had a nearly ripe fig tree growing right beside their apartment building in the city a while back, and the other day, I realized that they were finally ready! So I made them help me lower branches so I could pick all the ripe figs! It was a delightfully fun (and sticky) time! Hooray for city foraging fun! I can't wait to turn these babies into jam or just slice and eat them on top of some goat cheese spread on toast 😍

Vegan Spam Musabi! @sebalicious and I both grew up in Hawaii and tried out a vegan Spam alternative (Omni) to make one of our favorite nostalgic snacks! Not too shabby of an alternative! It needed to be a bit saltier, but the overall taste and texture was spot on! 9/10!

These Spicy Miso Salmon Skewers were not only incredibly easy to make, but also incredibly yummy! @sebalicious and I will absolutely be making these again! They consist of cubed salmon, zucchini, and green onion, marinated in a spicy miso garlic and ginger marinade, broil grilled (its entirely too hot to be outdoors grilling 🥵), layed over a bed of fresh steamed rice, and drizzled with a Miso Ginger dressing. 🐟🌶🥒🍢
