I finally had the pleasure of teaching @sebalicious how to make gnocchi from.scratch! They were the most perfect sous chef in helping me make us a DIVINELY DELICIOUS dinner consisting of beet gnocchi tossed with pesto, baby arugula, balsamic caramelized onion, and topped with goat cheese crumbles, accompanied by a fillet of lemon garlic salmon and pan fried beet greens! It was perfection! No notes! 11/10 would make this for us again!

These Spicy Miso Salmon Skewers were not only incredibly easy to make, but also incredibly yummy! @sebalicious and I will absolutely be making these again! They consist of cubed salmon, zucchini, and green onion, marinated in a spicy miso garlic and ginger marinade, broil grilled (its entirely too hot to be outdoors grilling 🥵), layed over a bed of fresh steamed rice, and drizzled with a Miso Ginger dressing. 🐟🌶🥒🍢

It had been nothing but heavy pouring rain and thunderstorms all week, and carried into the weekend, so @sebalicious and I decided to take the opportunity to make an intimate and romantic dinner with wine date indoors. We made the most PERFECTLY AND DELIOUSLY cooked Pesto Baked Salmon, with free homemade pesto, and paired with a mouthwatering Puttanesca made with orecchiette that we had spent the morning making and drying for the dish. Making pasta together is an incredibly beautiful and romantic love language, you can't tell me otherwise, and we are both fluent in it. 🥰🤤🐟🍝🍷🕯

Pesce All' Acqua Pazza (Fish in Crazy Water) made by myself and my favorite cooking partner @Sebalicious. We served this up with some lightly toasted and sliced focaccia breadsticks for dipping, and some vegetarian italian antipasto salad to add some light freshness to the meal. Poke stuffed omelete! @sebalicious and I used the leftover poke from our poke brunch the day before to make incredibly yummy wasabi yuzu salmon, shoyu chili crisp tuna, and spicy kani salad poke stuffed omeletes, and then topped them with leftover seaweed salad and tobiko! Each bite was such a sinful symphony of flavor and texture!

Poke Brunch? Poke brunch! @sebalicious and I grew up in Hawaii and have very high standards when it comes to poke, and I must say this was genuinely the BEST poke I have ever had in my life! We made quite the spread, including Wasabi Yuzu Salmon poke, Shout Chili Crisp Tuna poke, Spicy Kani Salad, Seaweed Salad, fresh steamed rice seasoned with shizo furikake, and (because no brunch is complete without them) POG (passion fruit, orange, and guava) and dragon fruit mimosas! This was a beautifully nostalgic and mouthwateringly DELICIOUS meal!
