Me - "Say less, Queen!" *proceeds to make them the MOST EXTRA avocado toast of all time* 🤣

It was good as hell though 👀🤤

This toast consisted of toasted sourdough, drizzled with olive oil and topped with: smashed avocado with salt and fresh cracked black pepper, lemon zest, sliced heirloom tomato, wilted arugula tossed with a light drizzle of olive oil and red chili, balsamic caramelized onions, roasted italian herbed beet slices, sliced and pan fried garlic, an over easy egg, goat cheese crumbles, and habenero hot sauce (they topped theirs with sriracha). Pesto Portobello Burger! I've been on a burger bender lately and decided to use a bunch of left over ingredients from other meals made to create what has now become my absolute FAVORITE burger build! The Portobello cap is marinated in and brushed with an Italian spiced olive oil and balsamic marinade, then grilled to juicy perfection, and topped a slice of fresh mozzarella left over from a caprese I'd made a few days before. While waiting for the mushroom to grill, I used fresh homemade pesto to spead on both sides of a brioche bun, then lightly toasted it in the toaster oven. When time to assemble I used green leaf lettuce, the grilled portobello cap with melted mozzarella, a balsamic glaze, sliced fresh tomato, and sliced red onion! My mouth is still watering over this meal 🤤🤤🤤
