I’m currently resting on a heating pad. A new back issue showed up last week and then I experienced a weird new pain that was hard to identify. I couldn’t tell if it was from my abdomen or top of my leg. It’s such a *deep* pain.

Today, my physiotherapist knew exactly what I was dealing with. Damn hip flexors that go from the top of your leg to your back.

He worked on loosening them up and recommended applying heat tonight.
