I am largely content with how #today unfolded.

I completed the major stress loop of this production bug that came up last Friday.

I was able to clarify and narrow scope for a key milestone of my current project. I got feedback from two of my team before a discussion with us all in the morning.

In addition to the sun and green on my morning run, I did get out on the deck for a little bit.

I'm glad my lunch prep is done, feels good to have full fixings ready and in the fridge for the week.

THEY R SO CUTE!  always get this bittersweet feeling of seeing #cats

#Today is a distraction day apparently. But have my first batch of cold brew with my Keats & Co beans brewing. Ate breakfast like a responsible adult. Knocked out my walking. Filed a tax extension like a semi-responsible adult. Now we have some flyer making, YouTube edits, and a webinar description.

Today marks my 18th year at my current job. I've worked a few departments but the majority of that has been spent in CAD/CAM programming. Possibly an accomplishment but it definitely made me feel old when discussing it this morning. Some of the kids working here were barely born when I was starting.

Well..when I'm still finishing up the coffee at 1pm, that tells you it's been a busy day so far..did indoor ride in and then straight out to run errands with the top down on the car..had a guy stop and tell me car looked like fun and that made me smile..at Menards I bought some expensive bluegrass seed that has a coating that holds water and I hope that helps..planted quite a bit of the seed in the bare spots and then out for an outdoor ride..now it's 1pm and I am done...good afternoon!

I rolled right through my morning without pause #today.

I enjoyed the rest of my routines, simply didn't stop for a morning post. Partly that was momentum from yesterday, supporting my QA as they test this high profile fix.

Mostly I spent my morning catching up on wood chopping and water carrying. This week's batch of falafel for lunches is finally in the oven. Hopefully they finish before my afternoon meetings start.

I got out for the run I missed yesterday. Not a great run but good enough.
