It's the national bitchslap day! Or if you're less silly, simply the cinnamon bun day. Me and my non-Finnish-speaking partner just find the wrong translation mapping funny, so we keep it up.

This is also one of the calendar-marked days we track and celebrate with a religious fervor which is funny from two hardcore atheists. Buns are good. These were good, fresh, and also gluten-free as everything else we bake.
