#Khost: ARCS #Volleyball Team Wins the Zarghoon Watan Cup Championship

The #ARCS volleyball team claimed the #championship title of the Zarghoon Watan Volleyball Cup held in Khost Province following an outstanding performance.

The #tournament, held at the Sheikh Zayed Gymnasium in Khost Province among six teams, concluded with ARCS and Milad Steel advancing to the final. In the #final match, the ARCS team defeated Milad Steel 3–0 to secure the championship title.

The ARCS team remained #unbeaten throughout the tournament, winning all of its matches and earning a place in the final through an impressive performance.

The competition was organized to promote #sports, encourage youth, and strengthen healthy sporting activities.

کارکنان صحی #هلال‌احمر_افغانی، طی ۳۰ روز گذشته در ولسوالی‌ها و قریه‌های مختلف ولایت بغلان، به ۴۲۱۲ #بیمار خدماتی چون معاینه، توزیع دوا، پانسمان زخم‌ها، تطبیق واکسین، رسیدگی به سوءتغذیه، ارائه مشوره‌های صحی قبل و بعد از زایمان و تنظیم خانواده ارائه کرده‌اند.

همچنین برای ۸۱۰۰ بیمار دیگر در بخش مشوره‌های لازم صحی نیز خدمات فراهم شده است.

خانواده بی‌جاشده داخلی در ولسوالی گربز ولایت خوست از کمک‌های توزیع‌شده توسط #هلال‌احمر_افغانی بهره‌مند شدند.

این کمک‌ از سوی #کمیته_بین‌المللی_صلیب_سرخ تهیه شده بود که بر اساس آن، برای هر خانواده یک باب خیمه، ۲ تخته ترپال، ۲ دانه سطل، ۱ دانه تشت آب، ۱ بسته حفظ‌الصحه، ۱ دانه چراغ سولری، ۱ بوشکه آب و شماری دیگر از وسایل مورد نیاز توزیع شد.

انتطار می‌رود که #کمک‌ یادشده در رفع نیازهای اولیه و کاهش مشکلات زندگی این خانواده‌ها مؤثر واقع شود.

#Khost: 131 #Internally_Displaced Families Receive Non-Food Assistance

The #ARCS distributed non-food assistance to 131 internally displaced families in Gurbaz District of Khost Province.

This assistance was provided by the #ICRC, under which each family received one tent, two tarpaulins, two buckets, one water basin, one health kit, one solar lamp, one water jerrycan, and several other essential items.

The assistance is expected to help meet the basic needs of these families and #ease their living difficulties.

Through emergency and non-food assistance, the ARCS strives to play a #constructive_role in supporting affected families by helping meet their shelter and daily needs.

Safe drinking water was distributed to 600 internally displaced families in Paktia province.

Sunday, 7th of Dhul Hijjah, 1447 (Islamic Calendar)

The Afghan Red Crescent Society distributed 3,600 packages of safe drinking water to 600 internally displaced families in the Zazi Aryob district of Paktia province.

This assistance was provided by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. To address their short-term water needs, each family received six packages of safe drinking water, each containing 12 bottles.

The Afghan Red Crescent Society is working to meet the basic needs of displaced and affected families and is paying particular attention to providing safe drinking water, alongside other humanitarian aid.

این کمک از سوی #فدراسیون_بین‌المللی جمعیت‌های ملی فراهم شده بود. بر اساس آن، به‌منظور رفع #نیازهای_کوتاه‌مدت_آب آشامیدنی هر خانواده، برای هر خانواده ۶ بسته آب پاک توزیع گردید که در هر بسته ۱۲ بوتل آب آشامیدنی صحی شامل بود.

#Kunduz: 36 Recovered Mental Health #Patients Returned to Their Homes

The #ARCS discharged 36 recovered male and female #mental_health patients from the Mental Health Care and Treatment Center of Northeastern Zone in Kunduz Province, and they returned to their homes after completing their #treatment.

Currently, around 400 mental health patients are receiving care at the center. They were referred from the provinces of Kunduz, #Takhar, #Badakhshan, and #Baghlan and continue to receive ongoing treatment and regular health monitoring.

It is worth noting that ARCS #operates mental health care and treatment centers across six zones of the country (#Kabul, #Kandahar, #Nangarhar, #Balkh, #Herat, and Kunduz), where patients are provided with medical and #psychological services.

Through these centers, ARCS strives to #support patients in returning to normal life and facilitate their reintegration into society.

#Baghlan: Basic First Aid Kits Distributed to 102 #Volunteers

The #ARCS distributed basic first aid kits to 102 male and female volunteers in Pul-e-Khumri city, as well as in Baghlan-e-Markazi, and Khinjan districts of Baghlan Province.

These #kits are part of a distribution process for 170 volunteers who will benefit from the assistance in Pul-e-Khumri city, and Baghlan-e-Markazi, Khinjan, Banu, Dahana-e-Ghuri, and Dushi districts of Baghlan Province.

Using these kits, the volunteers will provide #first_aid services to affected people during emergencies.

It is worth mentioning that basic first aid kits will also be distributed to 68 volunteers in Banu, Dahana-e-Ghuri, and Dushi districts in the coming days.

The ARCS strives to further #strengthen the delivery of basic first aid services during #emergency situations through supporting and equipping volunteers.

#تخار؛ برای ۵۰ زن زمینه آموزش‌های حرفه‌وی خیاطی و #حمایت_معیشتی فراهم شد

#هلال‌احمر_افغانی، برای ۵۰ زن #آسیب‌دیده از حوادث طبیعی و تغییرات اقلیمی در ولسوالی‌های بهارک و اشکمش ولایت تخار، زمینه آموزش‌های #حرفه‌وی خیاطی و حمایت معیشتی فراهم نمود.

قرار است #اشتراک‌کنندگان به مدت شش ماه در چهار مرکز آموزشی خیاطی، زیر نظر استادان مسلکی، آموزش‌های تخصصی خیاطی را فراگیرند و پس از تکمیل دوره، تصدیق‌نامه نیز دریافت کنند.

پیش از آغاز آموزش‌ها، به این زنان یا سرپرستان خانواده‌های‌شان به‌منظور خرید وسایل خیاطی و مواد مورد نیاز، مبلغ ۴۵۰ هزار افغانی کمک نقدی توزیع شد که بر اساس آن، برای هر زن ۹ هزار افغانی اختصاص داده شده بود.

این #پروگرام، از سوی آمریت کاهش خطرات ریاست حوادث هلال‌احمر افغانی، در چارچوب پروژه تغییرات اقلیمی و با حمایت مالی #فدراسیون_بین‌المللی جمعیت‌های ملی تطبیق می‌شود که هدف آن ارتقای مهارت‌های حرفه‌وی زنان، توانمندسازی اقتصادی، ایجاد فرصت‌های کاری و کاهش مشکلات اقتصادی ناشی از تغییرات اقلیمی می‌باشد.

#Takhar: Vocational Tailoring Training and Livelihood Support Provided to 50 Women

The #ARCS provided vocational tailoring training and livelihood support to 50 women in Baharak and Ishkamish districts of Takhar Province who were affected by #natural_disasters and climate change.

The #participants are scheduled to receive vocational tailoring training for six months at four training centers under the supervision of #professional instructors, and certificates will also be awarded to them upon completion of the training.

Before the start of the #vocational_training, the women or their guardians received 450,000 Afghanis in cash assistance for the purchase of tailoring equipment and necessary materials, with 9,000 Afghanis allocated to each woman.

This program is being implemented by the #Risk_Reduction Unit of the ARCS Disaster Management Department within the framework of the Climate Change Project, with financial support from the #IFRC. The aim is to enhance women’s vocational skills, strengthen economic empowerment, create employment opportunities, and reduce the economic challenges caused by climate change.

The ARCS strives to provide #vulnerable segments of society with opportunities for work, income, and #self_reliance through vocational and livelihood programs.

#هلال‌احمر_افغانی روند توزیع ۴.۲ میلیون افغانی کمک نقدی را برای ۴۰۰ خانواده بی‌جاشده داخلی در ولسوالی‌های سروبی و ارگون ولایت پکتیکا آغاز کرد.

در جریان توزیع #کمک‌ها، مولوی سید منهاج‌الدین هاشمی، رئیس زون جنوب‌شرق هلال‌احمر افغانی گفت: هلال‌احمر افغانی به حمایت از خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده ناشی از جنگ، توجه خاص داشته و تاکنون در ولایت‌های پکتیکا، #پکتیا و #خوست، برای نزدیک به ۱۰۷۰۰ خانواده، حدود ۱۵۰ میلیون افغانی کمک نقدی توزیع کرده است. همچنان برای ۱۰۰ خانواده دیگر، خیمه و لوازم ضروری منزل نیز توزیع شده است.

همچنان مولوی عارف‌الله حامد، رئیس نمایندگی ولایتی هلال‌احمر افغانی در ولایت پکتیکا گفت که امروز برای ۴۰۰ خانواده بی‌جاشده در ولسوالی‌های سروبی و ارگون، با حمایت مالی #صلیب‌سرخ_دنمارک، مبلغ ۴.۲ میلیون افغانی توزیع می‌شود که هر خانواده ۱۰۵۰۰ افغانی دریافت خواهد کرد.

وی افزود که از سوی هلال‌احمر افغانی در ولایت پکتیکا، برای ۲۹۰۰ خانواده بی‌جاشده داخلی، مبلغ ۴۰.۸ میلیون افغانی کمک نقدی توزیع شده است. همچنان در آینده نزدیک، در ولسوالی‌های برمل و تروو، افزون بر توزیع کمک نقدی برای ۵۰۰ خانواده، برای ۱۰۰ خانواده دیگر نیز خیمه توزیع خواهد شد.

#Paktika: Distribution of 4.2 Million AFN in Cash Assistance Begins for 400 #Internally_Displaced Families

The #ARCS has begun the distribution of 4.2 million Afghanis in #cash_assistance to 400 internally displaced families in the Sarobi and Argon districts of Paktika Province.

During the #distribution, Mawlawi Sayed Minhajuddin Hashimi, Head of the ARCS Southeast Zone, stated that the ARCS pays special attention to supporting families displaced by conflict. He added that the organization has so far provided nearly 150 million Afghanis in cash assistance to 10,700 families across the provinces of Paktika, Paktia, and Khost, while tents and household items have also been distributed to another 100 families.

Mawlawi Arifullah Hamid, Director of the ARCS Paktika Provincial Branch, said that 4.2 million AFN is being distributed today to 400 displaced families in the Sarobi and Argon districts with the support of the #Danish_Red_Cross. Each family will receive 10,500 AFN.

He further noted that the ARCS has already provided 40.8 million Afghanis in cash assistance to 2,900 internally displaced families in Paktika. He also added that, in the near future, 500 families in the Barmal and Terwa districts will receive cash assistance, while tents will also be distributed to 100 families.

The ARCS considers #supporting families affected and displaced by disasters and crises as part of its #humanitarian_responsibility and strives to meet their basic needs through emergency assistance.
