#Kabul: ARCS Provides Cash Assistance to Child with #Eye_Disease for Treatment

Upon the directive of the General President of the #ARCS, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, #cash_assistance was provided to a child from Takhar province #suffering from a severe eye condition to support his medical treatment.

The #child, who is suffering from eye cancer, was featured in a video shared on social media due to the inability to afford treatment.

Following the General President’s instructions, the child was invited to the central headquarters, where, in addition to the cash assistance, his father was #assured of further support in the future.

This action by the leadership of the ARCS reflects #Islamic and #humanitarian_compassion, as well as a strong sense of responsibility toward the people.

The Afghan Red Crescent (ARCS) provided 30,000 Afghanis in cash assistance to a family in the Afsotar area of Pul-e-Khumri city, the capital of Baghlan Province, who lost their 7-year-old child following recent heavy rains.

Sayed Asadullah, the head of the family, who, despite a physical disability, is also responsible for providing for his family, expressed his gratitude and stated that this assistance would be very effective in alleviating their daily hardships.

Responding promptly to families affected by heavy rainfall and providing them with cash and humanitarian aid is considered a fundamental responsibility of the Afghan Red Crescent.

#هلال‌احمر_افغانی، به‌منظور ابراز #همدردی_انسانی با خانواده‌ای که در پی بارندگی‌های شدید اخیر در ساحه افسوترِ مربوط شهر پلخمری، مرکز ولایت بغلان، کودک ۷ ساله خود را از دست داده‌اند، مبلغ ۳۰ هزار افغانی مساعدت نقدی ارائه کرد.

سید اسدالله، سرپرست این #خانواده، که با وجود معلولیت جسمی، مسئولیت #تأمین نفقه خانواده‌اش را نیز بر عهده دارد، از این کمک ابراز قدردانی نموده و اظهار داشت: این مساعدت در کاهش مشکلات روزمره ما بسیار مؤثر واقع خواهد شد.

Tuesday, Shawwal 27, 1447

The Red Cross Society of China delivered $100,000 USD in cash assistance to the Afghan Red Crescent Society to support families impacted by the floods.

This donation was presented by Mr. Bao Xuhui, Deputy Ambassador of China to Afghanistan, to Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society.

During the handover ceremony, the General President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society expressed gratitude to the Red Cross Society of China and its people, noting their consistent support for the people of Afghanistan in difficult circumstances.

He assured that the assistance would be distributed transparently and fairly to deserving families.

The Deputy Ambassador of China emphasized that China stands with the people of Afghanistan and that this assistance is part of strengthening humanitarian cooperation between the two countries. He added that China will continue to support the Afghan people in the future.

این کمک توسط آقای باؤ ژو هوی، معاون سفیر چین در #افغانستان، به محترم شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی هلال‌احمر افغانی، تحویل داده شد.

رئیس عمومی هلال‌احمر افغانی، در مراسم تحویل‌دهی این کمک، از صلیب سرخ چین و مردم آن کشور قدردانی نموده و گفت که آنان همواره در #شرایط_دشوار به مردم افغانستان کمک کرده‌اند.

وی اطمینان داد که این #کمک به‌صورت شفاف و عادلانه به خانواده‌های مستحق سپرده خواهد شد.

Following last night’s earthquake, four people in the Dasht-e-Barchi area of Kabul fell into a well and lost their lives.

The Afghan Red Crescent Society provided 100,000 Afghanis in cash assistance to the family that lost three of its members in the incident.

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, offered condolences to the eldest son of the affected family, who was injured in the incident, and handed over the cash assistance.

It is noteworthy that the General President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society also dispatched a delegation to the Gosefandara area of Bagrami district in Kabul to participate in the burial ceremonies of eight earthquake victims, visit the injured child, assess the situation and needs of the families, and express their deep sympathy and condolences.

در پی #زلزله شب گذشته، چهار نفر در منطقه دشت برچی شهر کابل به داخل یک چاه سقوط کرده و جان خود را از دست دادند.

#هلال_احمر_افغانی به خانواده‌ای که سه عضو آن در این حادثه جان باخته بودند، مبلغ صد هزار (۱۰۰,۰۰۰) افغانی #کمک_نقدی نمود.

محترم شیخ الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی هلال احمر افغانی، هنگام تحویل این کمک نقدی، به پسر ارشد خانواده آسیب‌دیده که در این #حادثه زخمی شده بود، تسلیت گفته و کمک نقدی را به وی تحویل داد.

قابل ذکر است که رئیس عمومی هلال احمر افغانی هیأتی را نیز به منطقه #گوسفندره ولسوالی بگرامی ولایت کابل اعزام کرده تا در مراسم تدفین هشت تن از #جان‌باختگان زلزله شرکت کرده، از طفل زخمی خانواده عیادت نمایند، وضعیت و نیازهای خانواده‌ها را ارزیابی نمایند و مراتب #همدردی و تسلیت عمیق خود را با آنان ابراز بدارند.
