We need a #Constitutional amendment, fuck that, we need a rewrite. The #UDHR has to be embedded. Anyway, no more #PORK. Single issue #Legislation. I want all of the #Boilerplate cooked down. I want legislation on a #Blockchain where everybody can read for free and comment BEFORE.
