Bis zum 3.12. allerdings nur kurze Strecken, da ich an dem Tag mein Ischiasproblem von einem Osteopathen überprüfen lassen möchte. Es ist zwar durch die Übungen der letzten Tage besser geworden 👍 aber noch nicht ganz verschwunden 😕

If you ever think you need to go to an #Osteopath just do it. Been for my third time today and immediately felt a million times better. When you hear the price you think "wow that's expensive for 30 minutes" but I'm telling you, it's the best value for money you will ever get.
