I'm at the egde of giving up all my self improvements again.
It's a 5th day of my everyday 20-min workouts.
And I got a sprain under my knee.

Also I'm close to stop thinking of all my surrounding people good things.
I feel abandoned by people. And I'm ashamed that I need so much attention.

I really don't like when people don't answer my messenges in weeks or months. It's like a part of me is living in my words, and when friends don't answer it, it feels like they're rejecting me.
