I thought the idea of NitruxOS is novel and fucking cool, it being systemd free is a massive selling point to me (The init system is OpenRC).
This is an atomic distro that leverages the power of AppBoxes (a cool idea that converts .debs from trusted sources into a form that can be ran without being installed traditionally) is pretty rad. It screams modern and posh, nothing like your grandpa's Debian install.
It does use a hyprland style WM (if only the harnessed the power of Niri instead). However, I could've lived with that because the level of interesting/novel associated with NitruxOS is enough to lure me towards it.
Sadly, it could not install itself on my system this morning. I will probably try again in the future. As I haven't given up on the idea of running Atomic distros. Since it was so easy to manage and didn't really cause me any issues (aside from those that could quickly be solved with a small bit of reading and a command).
