Tel Amiel#CreativeCommons makes the argument that #bigtech must 'give back' if they are taking from the Commons. It is reasonable.
But this argument only supports #bigtech in claiming "fair use" for what they use AND RESULTS from #GenAI use. So really, they ARE giving back, in the public domain - even better than #CC.
