Ich hatte eher die Gruupen im Sinn, die zum Beispiel App's im #fdroidstore bereitstellen und um #Spende bitten. Oder die Teams, wie zum Beispiel um #endeavouros, die die Distri zusammen stellen und Entwickeln.

Die Mädels und Jungs die meine Lieblings Distro aus #Arch bauen und 1-2x im Jahr releasen sind da eher nicht dabei. Und denen gönne ich das auch.

Also das muss ich loswerden: Ich richte gerade auf einem #EndeavourOS den #OpenClaw ein. Und ich muss sagen, in Verbindung mit #ElementX ist das eine ganz schöne Fummelkiste. Ich hänge gerade enorm bei der Verifizierung fest, aber das bekomme ich auch noch in den Griff.
Zwischendurch bekomme ich ja schon ein Lebenszeichen gesendet, wenn ich ihn händisch lauschen lasse. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen, als wenn man #Skynet aufbaut. 😂🤖
CalicosineTried to install Bitdefender GravityZone on EndeavourOS and the instructions to make it think it's on Debian don't work now so I tried a container with Distrobox but it doesn't have access to do systemd stuff so my only choices now are write a pkgbuild (as suggested on the Arch forums) or use a Debian VM or regular install and hook stuff up to it when I want to scan stuff.

Mir ging es in erster Linie immer darum, in der Taskleiste ein Symbol zu haben, das mir anzeigt, ob Updates vorhanden sind.
Bisher nutzte ich Octopi und hatte den Octopi Notifier in den Autostart (KDE-Plasma) verfrachtet.
Arch-Update ist flexibler,. AUR Updates werden ebenfalls angezeigt.
Nette Beigabe: ArchLinux News werden gelistet.
Updates können direkt aus dem Taskleisten Symbol gestartet werden.

The EPOS machine is now running #EndeavourOS. I'm an Arch man anyway, so this was a quick way for me to just get something running.
I'll try Kalpa again another time. I'm sure it'll be an easy fix, but right now is not the time.
Next I need to build a custom version of MAME for Arch using the latest git checkout. It's got some new shiny EPOC32 things! But I won't be compiling that on the EPOS unit. This thing has an Apollo Lake Celeron in it. That's plenty fast enough to run a few copies of MAME and a presentation, but compiling MAME would take a day, even with only the #Psion emulation.

@daumenlutscher @PC_Fluesterer Die Distro für die du Support geben oder vom Freundes-/Bekanntenkreis bekommen kannst, ist die richtige. In meinem Fall ist es #endeavouros . Läuft wunderbar - auch bei "non-techies"
