It's getting pretty hot over here in the uk, and I've been out of it for a while. This felt pretty damn punishing today and I finished feeling a little light headed. It's amazing how much of an impact taking a break has!

I'm still feeling last week a little, skipped the quigong and kung fu. I feel like I need to spend some real time on learning some new things to practice there anyway. I don't think I'm stretching enough.

My calves are really tightening up with all this jumping; I'll have to ease back into running slowly - I don't want to completely knacker my legs! Managed a particularly smooth transition into a handstand today that I was quite proud of 😄

I managed to hit my goal of 300 skips! Gotta admit I felt pretty wrecked after this session though. I think the rest of this week will be tough but I'm looking forward to it 😄

Skipping is getting much better; I've thrown pullups into the mix because I think a muscle imbalance is causing me to injure/strain my shoulder. Here's hoping it works!
