✅ 5 mins #jumpingjacks
✅ 30 #pushups
✅ 100 #squats
✅ 10 australian #pullups
✅ 10 fingertip knee pushups
✅ Skipping - 4 sets of 30 secons
✅ 20 assisted #handstand pushups
✅ Some basic #kungfu and #qigong
Skipping is getting much better; I've thrown pullups into the mix because I think a muscle imbalance is causing me to injure/strain my shoulder. Here's hoping it works!
