I'm back to doing yoga a few times a week and have now also added plank every day and squats in the evening while I brush my teeth. I started with 40 seconds of plank because I'm not that strong but have already moved up to 45 seconds after 9 days. Feeling good about this. Just wondering how to increase the squats as 2 minutes while brushing my teeth is also starting to feel easy. Maybe I will start doing them in the morning too.
