✅ #Skipping - 300 skips, non-continuous; messed up a few
✅ 20 assisted #handstand pushups
✅ #qigong to cool down
It's getting pretty hot over here in the uk, and I've been out of it for a while. This felt pretty damn punishing today and I finished feeling a little light headed. It's amazing how much of an impact taking a break has!
