I woke up in the wee hours the past two nights in pain. I try to avoid taking painkillers due to my addictive personality 🙃 Last night, it was my left arm muscle from shoulder to elbow. I’m quite confident the pain I was feeling on a scale of 1-10 wasn’t appropriate for “carried my 6 year old around for 10 minutes (I’m having a hard time accepting that she’s getting to be too big for me to carry 😅), then carried groceries for my parents 10 feet:” I took 3 ibuprofen when I hesitate to even take one. Now my left thigh muscle is sore?? One ibuprofen due to zero context for the pain. Unsure if this is #fnd or not, but it’s the only option that makes sense. #functionalneurologicdisorder
