I walked to and from a massage this morning (~9km, and not outside my normal capabilities at all) and have spent the rest of my day in bed. I have been hit by waves of exhaustion these past few weeks whenever I do anything. It’s very frustrating. #ChronicPain #ChronicExhaustion
