worked 3 hrs today my body needs immediate care. pain is at a 8.5 but i feel it expanding to more parts of my body. heres what hurts atm: my entire cervical spine and the top section of my thoracic spine; all the muscles surrounding the cervical spine and thoracic spine, my gums and jaw and head are throbbing so hard i can visualize the rhythm of the throb, my right big toe and toe ball mound, right arch of foot, right ankle and right knee ache
