I've been reading "Hippie Food: How Back-to-the-Landers, Longhairs, and Revolutionaries Changed the Way We Eat" by Jonathan Kauffman. And in the true spirit of the book, I made myself a #vegetarian #sandwich with whole wheat whole grain# bread I #baked myself.

Btw, the book is rather good. I realize now much of the history it tells happened all around me but my family didn't want anything to do with those hippies. Now I have nostalgia for a life I didn't live.
