I took out a morning's frustration on my PLA print shredder, which at the moment is manually cranked.
Which I apply by using my 45cm torque wrench, on an 19mm hex socket.
Which means I also know that I need over 180 Newton of force to crank it.
Edit: I was thinking of buying a motor and 40:1 worm drive to drive it. But firstly I'd have to find a way to go from a 3/4" keyed round shaft to a 19mm hex shaft, and secondly I'd have to build in some kind of slip in case something wedges the shredder. And I'd have to probably rebuild the whole thing to be on a rigid metal frame rather than just clamped onto my workbench. And I'm not feeling super flush with money or time at the moment - and I need the exercise.
