In einer Studie der @fesonline wird von Sofia Koller die strafrechtliche Aufarbeitung, der Strafvollzug sowie die Rückkehr in die Gesellschaft von sogenannten „islamistischen“ Verurteilten analysiert.
Ausgangspunkt ist die Phase nach 2014, als sich zahlreiche Personen aus Deutschland dem sogenannten „Islamischen Staat“ anschlossen und später, teils freiwillig, teils durch staatliche Rückholaktionen, nach Deutschland zurückkehrten.
Was lässt sich aus dieser Arbeit womöglich über die aktuelle Umgangsweise der Repressionsbehörden mit inhaftierten Antifaschist:innen ableiten, wo gibt es Überschneidungen?

LONDON (AP) — "Britain’s High Court ruled Friday that the government’s decision to outlaw the protest group Palestine Action as a terrorist organization was unlawful, but it kept the ban in place pending another hearing while the government prepares an appeal.
"Judges Victoria Sharp, Jonathan Swift and Karen Steyn said 'the nature and scale of Palestine Action’s activities' did not meet the 'level, scale and persistence' that would justify proscription."

Britain’s High Court has ruled that the government’s decision to outlawed the protest group Palestine Action as a terrorist organization was unlawful. The panel of three judges said Friday the ban will remain in place pending another hearing while the government prepares an appeal. Last year the U.K. government declared the pro-Palestinian group a terrorist organization alongside the likes of al-Qaida and Hamas, making membership in or support for Palestine Action a crime punishable by up to 14 years in prison. Since then, more than 2,000 people have been arrested for holding signs saying “I support Palestine Action.”

So hat Michael Glasheen, Einsatzleiter der Abteilung für nationale Sicherheit des FBI, letzte Woche bei einer Anhörung des Ausschusses für innere Sicherheit des Repräsentantenhauses erklärt, dass er Trumps Ansicht teile, Antifa sei die größte terroristische Bedrohung im Inland.
Hierin fügt sich das Vorgehen gehen #hateaid ebenso nahtlos ein, wie das der #glsbank in #Deutschland gegen #rotehilfe und #abcdresden
