Sad running news from an inspiring running story. It is impressive that Fauja Singh ran record breaking marathons into his 100s. It's even more inspiring when you realize he couldn't walk until he was 5 due to weak legs. While he ran in his younger adult years, he stopped in his early 30s. It wasn't until his 80s that he started running again, and 89 years old when he started a serious distance running hobby. #longevity #running theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/j…
