W poprzednim roku możliwa była zmiana pokoju na dwuosobowy (ok. 50 zł dopłaty). W cenie było śniadanie dla osoby towarzyszącej (bez gwarancji w tym roku). Te sprawy załatwia uczestnik indywidualnie poza Waze.

The Poland Local Meetup will take place in Gdansk on September 19, 2026. If you would like to participate in this event, please complete this form with your personal information by July 2, 2026. It is important to note that registration does not guarantee your spot. To be eligible to participate in this Meetup, the listed country needs to be your place of residency. If you will be outside the country during the weekend of the Meetup, we will not be able to provide you with a flight. Approved participants will receive an official acceptance letter outlining the next steps. Important Details: For Meetups, Waze covers flight/travel expenses (train *economy class*, bus, gas etc.) to the city of the event, and a 1 night hotel stay at the event hotel, including planned group meals. We will cover a 2nd night ONLY IF the flight itinerary or driving distance (more than 4 hours drive by car each direction) requires this. Once you receive the flight itinerary from the agency, please make sure to email Romi ([email protected]) to request a second night, if needed. The Meetup will end at 3:00 pm, to help you get to the airport on time and home safely if arriving by other means of transportation. Note: If you approved your flight itinerary without getting a written confirmation from Waze regarding the extra night, Waze will not cover flight modification nor can guarantee to pay for your additional nights. Please note that if you are requesting a return flight after that Meetup dates and staying longer for personal reasons, you will not be eligible for an extra night covered by Waze. Transportation cost is covered to the city where the Meetup is being held, but does not cover the cost of additional transit to the Meetup location (taxi, rental car, etc.). Participants who are eligible for travel reimbursement are those who are not flying in and have paid for their own transportation to the Meetup. Please remember that travel insurance is not included, so make sure you activate your travel insurance policy if necessary. Additional Guests: Please note that the cost of any additional guest will not be covered by Waze. If your guest's ticket was booked in advance we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate the same flight schedule and/or airline. Important note - Please Read: Local community meetups are not operated or supervised by Waze. The information you provide is shared with top community members in order for them to administer this community event. Once your participation is approved, your information will also be shared with the event agency which takes care of accommodation and logistics and your full name will be shared with the event venue. By filling out and submitting this form, you approve of the above. This data will be retained for 180 days in order to allow logistical coordination of events. After the deadline, you will not be able to edit your response. If you need to submit a correction or would like to request the deletion of your response, please email Romi ([email protected]).
