Easter rebirth (a.k.a. recovery) #running today.

So windy! But at least the sun came out.

The work continues, both my #running and the defense against the sea.

Pretty happy to keep that pace for 3K, except for freak traffic stops, that is.

That's a big improvement over a few months ago, only holding it for 1K.

In the hopes that one day I'll kiss that mailbox and get drenched by #hk4tuc organizer, Mr. Blumberg.

Had a great time volunteering up on Sunset Peak, playing a small part.

Got a chance to monitor the top Finishers.
It's inspiring to see their strength after such a huge event!

Always a treat to say hi to Andre, famous runner and event organizer. 🎉
