@Chrisblue Let's hope the Red Sea situation doesn't escalate into a miniwar in Yemen. The Saudis already tried to suppress the Houthis for years relying mostly on airstrikes. Now they're in peace negotiations with their former enemies.
Hoping for the best at this point, we already have the Ukraine war destabilizing supply chains and economies. We don't need another war - specially in the Middle East.
mike805@Norobiik Just watching Napoleon and how the Russians burned Moscow rather than negotiate with the French. They also engaged in guerrilla warfare. That one ended badly for the invader. Is Israel in a similar situation?
@mike805 I think Israel has to back down at some point, specially with South Africa accusing them of genocide in The Hague. They can either destroy Hamas or preserve what's left of Gaza, Israel can't do both.
