Barak's 28-year judicial record shows systematic whitewashing of Israeli violations of international law. His court maintained 100% approval rates for Palestinian administrative detention, upheld house demolitions as collective punishment, authorized targeted killings, and deliberately rejected #ICJ rulings on the separation wall.
In fact, legal analysts note Barak's court provided "cloak of legality" for settlement expansion while systematically ignoring international law and Palestinian rights.

Reminder: the Israeli government appointed Barak as an ad hoc judge to serve on the International Court of Justice case South Africa v. Israel, brought against Israel by South Africa on charges of genocide.
