Сьогодні, я вперше приготував банош. Це було *дуже* смачно! 🤤

It was not perfect, as I realised when opening the packet the polenta was too fine. But the flavour was amazing even if the texture was not right.

@glukozavr @bookstodon It does look pretty great! I skimmed through it yesterday. Easy to follow recipes, plenty of simple beginner-friendly stuff, and they sound delicious.

His Youtube channel is very interesting too: he currently has a collaboration going with Ukraїner which seems quite experimental too: more like food preparation as art. The videos have no voice, just pure style (with recipe in the description). Great stuff for anyone who enjoys watching chefs.
