Are here any agile ai people? I just had a noteworthy project interview. It was a bit strange, for me as agile team coach the people are always in the focus, ai tools are tools. In the interview it felt like as if using ai tools is the focus for other persons and to be tested to be used on the people.

Has anyone here seen any working approach, in real life, where the llm is integrated in the teamwork with more functionality than just a (maybe useful) tool?
