The code was broken, the Stripe webhook was doing something weird, and I genuinely could not tell if any of it mattered. Committed anyway. Pushed. Closed the laptop. That is the whole job sometimes.

From Laundry to Linux: Two Productive Days in Lusaka

Yesterday (April 30) and today (May 1), I spent some time doing laundry while also setting up my Raspberry Pi with Umbrel OS. I installed the software I need and started backing up my data today, deciding to go with Seafile for it.

I worked on all of this at the hostel, then took a walk to the university and continued in the library. Later, I went to a burger place and enjoyed a Friday deal.

I set up OpenClaw on my Mac Mini yesterday. I copied the memory and SOUL files from my Linux box to the Mac.

I then asked my Linux instance's "Ciri" (Witcher personality) what problems the new Ciri should know about.

She gave advice. I relayed it. Then they started talking to each other. Through me.

Two versions of the same AI, having a conversation, and I was just the note passer.

Still processing how strange that was. 🙂

Deep work hours in the morning. Lunch. After 6pm. Blocked and protected. Notifications will always be there when you're ready for them. Your focus window won't.
