3k warmup, then 10 x 2k in zone 3, 30 sec recoveries. Sounded easy enough, but 6 repeats in I was having Amsterdam marathon flashbacks. Ugh!

Today's treadmill run went well. Well, I did not blow my knee out. ๐คฆ๐คท. Next run is on Saturday and I will be upping the interval pace to 6:30/mile. Good times!

So I have broken the 6 minute mile for 20 consecutive years. The streak is in real jeopardy this year. I have been injured so I have been jogging 5-7 miles a week. So, I am out of shape and on a little bit of pain. However, I am also a dope so with a month left in the year I plan to go for the mile run at the end of December. The run will be on my treadmill and I will postball my workouts here.
