Ran a 5k relay leg yesterday on a fast, flat course. Time: 20:25ish. Although not the pace I expect/wish of myself, I need to get into my head that I'm almost at the end of my training period for the Scafel Sky race and I've done 15,500m of elevation so far this year so I'm *knackered*. #run #running #runExpections #controllingDisapppontment #runTraining

Today's treadmill run went well. Well, I did not blow my knee out. 🤦🤷. Next run is on Saturday and I will be upping the interval pace to 6:30/mile. Good times!
