Ist das Backlog größer als das, was man in 3 Sprints schaffen kann, dann wirds eher zum Friedhof für Ideen.

🎯 "Finish these seven stories" is not a Sprint Goal. It's a to-do list with a deadline.

A real Sprint Goal names the outcome you're after, so when reality shifts mid-Sprint the team knows what to flex and what to protect. Without one, every surprise becomes an argument about scope instead of a decision about value.

Purpose first, backlog second.

💬 Hand the team a clean list of GenAI-generated user stories. They read, they nod, they say "I understand" - and each pictures something different.

The artifacts were never the point. They exist to build shared understanding through conversation. When the story arrives finished, the conversation never happens, and the agreement is false: it falls apart once work starts.

GenAI earns its place pressure-testing a story, not writing it.
