2 things come with leading - that is, doing ANYthing in public:

Sometimes, people are upset at you for opposite reasons. Reality is weird enough that each upset can be valid, *and* it can be valid that what you chose also made sense given your perspective. Juggling & reconciling complex incoming (and extant) considerations may not satisfy 💯 %.

Anyone attempting to lead will find themselves called on (implicitly, explicitly) to lead more, perhaps called on for leadership training. #leadership
