Just me, or does this sound wildly inefficient? I gotta imagine scheduling even a
"3-minute meeting" takes longer than simply reading the email...

Writing is good. Emails are good. Long emails that reduce the back-and-forth are even better.

A lotta people don't like writing—emails or otherwise—because it forces you to organize your thoughts. And it's referenceable.

And guess what? Subconsciously, I'll end up doing the same.
