Writing is good. Emails are good. Long emails that reduce the back-and-forth are even better.
A lotta people don't like writing—emails or otherwise—because it forces you to organize your thoughts. And it's referenceable.
And guess what? Subconsciously, I'll end up doing the same.
Short-term traditional meeting evaluations are unreliable. They tell you nothing about the long-term effects of a session. We can do better.
