Missing sailboats carrying aid to Cuba arrive safely in Havana
Two sailboats carrying humanitarian aid from Mexico arrived safely in Havana on Saturday, Mexico's navy said, ‌concluding a journey in which the vessels were delayed by bad weather and briefly reported missing.

There is the concept of #OWASP Security Champions.

Two years ago I helped a team in a large #SAFe transition very practically to establish that. I was the Champion and I had a vice Champion. He was a good frontend developer but as he said himself had no clue about security.
After two months I left the project. He felt confident as new team Security Champion in his role at that time.

I wonder if this is applied also in other transformations.

Infrastruktura to element bezpieczeństwa

You are RTE and PM together with Agile Coaches doing PI planning with 100+ participants for a highly regulated critical infrastructure project. No hybridstyle. Everybody in the room.
Intrinsically motivated teams. Feedback is important.

Recently one of my Product Owners who learned that he can trust me called me.
He is a fearless guy with a long history in a specific IT topic, just some years until he will retire.

He was asking me what the in my opinion often passive aggressive product management might really wanted from him. He showed me a kind of process diagram from them. First we were wondering two minutes.

Turns out: They wanted that he should simply do Gantt #Jira planning for the next PI.

Requirements Management can be fun...

For tool and organisational reasons outside my influence I needed to change a lot of solution requirements from lifecycle state "in development" to "initially defined".

Product Owner accepted most of them already some months ago in his #Jira backlog without being able to read the full description!
Tooling chain for exporting to Jira is technical crap. Will take me at least 3 days to heal this situation.

In some days I am the first time invited to the next level of #Scrumtheater

Management, product management, RTE, agile coaches, scrum masters, product owners, some enterprise tooling organisation process people and the release process team.

This is done since some weeks.

And now finally they thought about inviting #solutionarchitecture

There are 70+ people invited.

This will take three hours. It will happen every week. Status talks and moderated breakout sessions.

Reality of large digital transformations.

Using requirements management tooling in large digital transformations is important.
Such tools and the organisational process around it can be really annoying.
Some don't see that the usual #Jira is just for driving the dev process and does not contain the single source of truth.
The backlog for the POs is filled by doing requirements engineering and defining solution requirements based on business requirements.
Recently this tooling broke down for a day. I had fun...(not)
