Because anxiety over here has risen to nuclear levels, as part of my own #MentalHealth strategy I’m going to start sharing things that help calm me down.

They don’t have to be anyone else’s thing, and I may share things that are either old standbys or completely new to me without context.

But it feels good to share what helps, even if it doesn’t actually land with others, it can help me learn more about what helps me personally to log them.
