Not going to miss these windows that only open at the top, and need a chair/ladder to stand on to open. Just fell off a chair because I’m exhausted and not paying attention. Sore legs and stomach 😞😅

I’m so fed up of packing and organising. We don’t really have that much stuff, I don’t understand where it’s coming from 🙂

So this is what it’s like with ADHD. Ist it because if ADHD? Dont think so!

It’s 2:25 in the morning. Nightmares—always the same place. I’m buying cigarettes somewhere, at a snack stand. This time a dog jumps over the counter. I buy a carton of Marlboro, but this time it’s only one pack with a lighter inside, and a calendar with dogs (a Würth calendar—normally it’s topless women), plus other weird stuff.

I drop it, a woman on a bicycle runs into me, insults me, and so on, and so on.
Tinnitus from hell. I’m sitting here with binge eating, downing espresso.

I’m really messed up.
