43 years ago today, April 2, 1983, Jim Glaser debuted at #80 on Billboard’s Hot Country Singles chart with “You Got Me Running". It went on to peak at #28 and spent a total of 13 weeks on the chart.

It’s been my hobby to collect 45 RPM singles. I enjoyed listening to this song on the radio and went to my favorite record store to buy and added it to my treasured music collection 4+ decades ago.
