hiiiiiiii!!! i'm vanta rainbow black (she/they/it). i'm a late 20's transfem creative living in seattle, and the fediverse's favorite catgirl punk instance admin. however at the end of june, my beloved pride month, i will become homeless. i have a place to store the majority of my physical belongings for a while but, i will still need a place to crash. to stay. to live. in or near seattle. i know, it's a tall ask, but i have nowhere else to go. i have no family to turn to, so i must rely on the kindness of others. i don't enjoy having to do this but i also don't enjoy starving on the streets. after all i've been through and accomplished such would be a vastly unfitting end. and i'm just gonna say this straight-up, i'm too disabled and neurodivergent to really work a job so i can't exactly pay you rent. i mainly survive via mutual aid donations i get on the fediverse. but i still deserve to live, god damn it

Hello, Fedi. Weekly Mutual Aid post to try and keep my partner @LukeOrion and I inside for another week. We need to raise $431 by Tuesday morning (May 19) to do that. Really frustrated about the rate going up by $40 this week. We are a disabled trans couple that’s been dealing with homelessness for over a year now. We’re trying to keep staying sheltered at an extended stay hotel while we try to raise enough for a used car to get us back on our feet.
