Knitting with a pile of Noro + Cracksilk haze aka Rowan's Kidsilk Haze + others
2020: purchased the yarn via the free internet kindly offered by the 4 star hotel I was quarantined in, in Sydney, where I was one of the first. I didn't find any Noro in Japan, so made up for it by ordering by the bag from Seattle Knits in Seattle, who had a lovely convo with me over the phone. Super fun knit 🧶

On the list of "stitch patterns I want to find a good use for" I present a knit + crochet spiral, which is genuinely both in the same round. Worked back and forth it doesn't spiral like this.

Here's the pattern, pretty cute retro. The kit's just $90, not bad - it comes with all the yarn you'll need to make a big ass man's sweater - but it must be acrylic, they don't say of what it's made - & you have to buy your own zipper (or other; buttons, frogs).
They also sell the pattern alone for $8.
