A message to Donald Trump. Actually, no, a message to his carers. Alzheimer's might start slowly and be difficult to notice. It does not end this way. It is a progressive, irreversible brain disease that destroys memory, cognitive skills, and eventually the ability to perform daily tasks. It seems clear that Donald is well along this path.
