نوموړي همدارنګه د افغانستان لپاره د آی سي آر سي له پخوانۍ مشرې کترينا ريټز څخه د هغې د همکاريو او #بشري_خدمتونو له امله مننه وکړه او د نوي مشر جوهانس بروور راتګ يې د دواړو ادارو ترمنځ د همکاريو د لا پياوړتيا لپاره مهم وباله.

ورپسې د آی سي آر سي نوي مشر جوهانس بروور د افغاني سرې مياشتې د بشري فعاليتونو ستاينه وکړه او د ګډو بشري خدمتونو پر دوام يې ټينګار وکړ.

هغه زياته کړه، چې آی سي آر سي به هم له افغاني سرې مياشتې سره د بشري خدمتونو او مرستو په برخه کې خپلو همکاريو ته دوام ورکړي.

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the #ARCS, together with Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman, held a meeting at the central headquarters with Johannes Brouwer, the new Head of the #ICRC Delegation in Afghanistan, to discuss humanitarian cooperation and the expansion of relations between the two organizations.

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar thanked the ICRC for its continued cooperation and stated that the ARCS hopes humanitarian cooperation between the two organizations will further #expand and become more effective.

He also thanked the former Head of the ICRC Delegation in #Afghanistan, Katharina Ritz, for her cooperation and humanitarian services, and described the arrival of the new head, Johannes Brouwer, as important for further #strengthening cooperation between the two organizations.

The new Head of the ICRC Delegation in Afghanistan, Johannes Brouwer, praised the humanitarian activities of the ARCS and #emphasized the continuation of joint humanitarian services.

He added that the ICRC will continue its cooperation with the ARCS in the field of humanitarian services and assistance.

په دې ورکشاپ کې د مرکزي دفتر سربېره د #پکتیا، #ننګرهار، #کندهار، #هرات، #بلخ او #کندز زونونو د روغتیا برخې مسؤولینو ګډون درلود.

د ورکشاپ د پرانیستې پر مهال د افغاني سرې میاشتې د سکرتر جنرال عملیاتي مرستیال، مولوي روح‌ الله عبد السلام، د روغتیايي خدمتونو د منظمې #ارزونې او اغېزمن پلان جوړونې پر اهمیت ټینګار وکړ. نوموړي وویل، د ورته فعاليتونو له لارې کولای شو په بېلابېلو سیمو کې د خلکو د اړتیاوو پر بنسټ روغتیايي خدمات لا منظم، معياري او اغېزمن کړو، ترڅو #اړمنې کورنۍ پر وخت له اړینو خدمتونو برخمنې شي.

ورپسې په #افغانستان کې د #ناروې سره صلیب استازي ډاکټر افتخار علي د دې ورکشاپ موخه د روغتیايي خدمتونو د کیفیت لوړول او د سیمه‌ییزو اړتیاوو پر بنسټ د عملي او دوامدارو #پلانونو جوړول وبلل او زیاته یې کړه چې دوی به له افغاني سرې میاشتې سره خپلو همکاریو ته دوام ورکړي.

په دې ورکشاپ کې به ګډونوالو ته د روغتیايي خدمتونو د ارزونې، د ستونزو د پېژندنې او د عملي پلانونو د جوړولو په اړه زده کړې ورکړل شي. سربېره پر دې، #ګډونوال به د خپلو سیمو د روغتیايي خدمتونو لومړیتوبونه او شته ستونزې شریکې کړي او د حل لپاره به لازمې پرېکړې وشي.

#Kabul: Two-Day #Workshop on Health Service Evaluation and Planning Launched

Tuesday, May 5, 2026

A two-day workshop on #health_service review and planning was launched for 25 staff members at the #ARCS central headquarters.

In addition to the central headquarters, health department representatives from the #Paktia, #Nangarhar, #Kandahar, #Herat, #Balkh, and #Kunduz regional offices participated in the workshop.

During the opening session, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs of the ARCS, #emphasized the importance of systematic evaluation and effective planning of health services. He said that such activities help make health services more organized, standardized, and effective across different regions according to people’s needs, ensuring that #vulnerable families receive essential services on time.

Dr. Iftikhar Ali, representative of the #Norwegian_Red_Cross in #Afghanistan, described the workshop’s goal as improving the quality of health services and developing practical and #sustainable_plans based on local needs. He added that cooperation with the ARCS will continue.

Participants will receive training on evaluating health services, #identifying challenges, and developing practical plans. They will also share regional priorities and existing challenges, and necessary decisions will be made to address them.

The workshop is being held with financial support from the Norwegian Red Cross.

#Kabul: One-Day Disaster Management Workshop Held for #ARCS Central Officials

A one-day awareness #workshop was held by the #IFRC for directors, advisors, and heads of independent units of the central headquarters of the ARCS, focusing on effective response to and preparedness for #natural and man-made disasters.

At the opening of the workshop, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, #emphasized the importance of effective response and preparedness, describing staff #capacity_building in this area as a key and fundamental measure.

He also noted that addressing shortcomings leads to institutional progress, while repeating them hinders operations. He #stressed the need to give special attention to improving processes to prevent such gaps, so that timely and effective services can be delivered to affected communities.

During the workshop, #participants received essential information on disaster response, preparedness, and the evaluation of services.

#لوگر؛ معاون #هلال_احمر_افغانی از جریان کار پروژه ساختمانی بازدید به‌عمل آورد

محترم حافظ عزیزالرحمن، معاون هلال احمر افغانی، در جریان #سفر رسمی‌اش به ولایت لوگر، از جریان کارهای ساختمانی #تعمیر_جدید اداری نمایندگی این ولایت دیدن نموده و بر تسریع امور تأکید کرد.

وی از رئیس نمایندگی و ناظران پروژه خواست تا جریان کار پروژه ساختمانی را به‌صورت منظم و دوامدار #نظارت نمایند تا کارها بدون تأخیر و موانع پیش برود.

او همچنین از بخش‌های مختلف این نمایندگی ولایتی بازدید نموده و بر #هماهنگی و فعالیت منظم بین کارکنان تأکید نمود تا امور کاری به شکل مؤثر انجام شود.

چنین بازدیدها و ارزیابی‌هایی از سوی مسئولین، علاوه بر #تضمین سرعت، کیفیت و مؤثریت پروژه‌ها، در تقویت پیگیری منظم امور و هماهنگی نیز نقش مهمی دارد.

#Logar: ARCS Vice President Reviews Progress of #Construction_Project

During an official visit to Logar Province, the Vice President of the #ARCS, Hafiz Azizur Rahman, inspected the construction work of the new administrative #building of the provincial branch and stressed the need to accelerate the pace of work.

He instructed the head of the branch and project supervisors to ensure regular and continuous #monitoring of the construction process so that the work progresses without delay or obstacles.

He also visited various sections of the provincial branch and #emphasized coordination and orderly work among staff to ensure the effective implementation of activities.

Such visits and evaluations by officials play an important role in #ensuring the speed, quality, and effectiveness of projects, as well as in strengthening systematic follow-up and coordination of work.

A coordination meeting was held between Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, President of the Afghan Red Crescent, and Hussam Faysal, Head of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies delegation in Afghanistan, to address the challenges facing newly returning migrants from neighboring countries and to provide humanitarian aid for them.

The meeting included detailed discussions on how to provide emergency assistance, temporary shelter, healthcare services, and food supplies to returning migrants.

Both sides emphasized that they will strengthen joint efforts to meet the humanitarian needs of migrants and increase coordination in attracting aid.

نشست هماهنگی میان محترم شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی هلال احمر افغانی، و حسام فیصل، مسئول فدراسیون بین‌المللی جمعیت های ملی در #افغانستان، به منظور حل مشکلات #مهاجرین تازه عودت‌کننده از کشورهای همسایه و تأمین کمک‌های بشردوستانه برای آنان، برگزار شد.

در این #نشست، در رابطه با نحوه ارائه کمک‌های عاجل، #سرپناه_موقت، خدمات صحی و مواد غذایی به مهاجرین عودت‌کننده به طور مفصل بحث شد.

هر دو جانب تأکید کردند که برای تأمین #نیازهای_بشردوستانه مهاجرین، تلاش‌های مشترک را تقویت کرده و هماهنگی در زمینه جلب کمک‌ها را افزایش خواهند داد.
