Further layers of base plaster with cocciopesto mortar over the irons. The cocciopesto lime mortar is fine to process and easy to spread (spalmabile).
Over the next few days, I will continue with the new (Rasante) bag and embed further fiberglass fabric over the paper.

Yesterday, I continued plastering my oven late into the evening. After all, the lime has to be able to rest (so do I), and the stove has to be finished at some point ;)
A rule of thumb says 24 hours per 1 mm limeplaster.
But I won't wait that long because I don't have that much time left.
Today I rounded off and covered the metal tips further. Covered the metal rods with a second layer of cocciopesto as well.
