The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation's Department of Meteorology has predicted rain, thunderstorms, lightning, and floods in 23 provinces of the country for tomorrow, Monday.

In a press release, the ministry stated that there is a possibility of heavy rainfall and floods in Nuristan, Kunar, Nangarhar, Kabul, Logar, Paktia, Khost, Laghman, Kapisa, Parwan, Panjshir, Baghlan, Samangan, Takhar, Kunduz, Badakhshan, Sar-e Pol, Faryab, Badghis, Herat, Ghor, Daykundi, and Bamyan provinces tomorrow.

Sources added that the rainfall level in various parts of these provinces is expected to range from 10 to 30 millimeters.

The ministry also issued a warning about strong winds, dust devils, and dust in the central, northern, northeast, western, southern, southeast, and eastern provinces, adding that wind speeds will range from 50 to 110 kilometers per hour in various areas.

The Supreme Court's review of important activities for today, Saturday:

1. The respected Chief Justice and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court instructed the officials responsible for Kunduz, Badakhshan, Balkh, Jozjan, and Baghlan provinces to treat the people with kindness, goodness, and Islamic conduct, so that people can live in an atmosphere of security, peace, and reassurance. All officials must seriously focus on their duties and responsibilities, and no one is allowed to punish any criminal without a court order.

2. In addition to processing (694) legal and criminal cases in two weeks, the courts of Balkh province have also executed (477) separate warrants.

3. Due to the extensive efforts of the Chief Justice, with the mediation of tribal elders and respected individuals, the issue arising from the previous conflict, in which individuals from both sides were killed, has been resolved in the primary military courts of Logar and West Nuristan provinces.

4. During a visit to the military court of Nuristan and East Nuristan provinces, the presiding judge of the Nangarhar zone military court instructed officials to issue decisions on time and with complete accuracy, so that the rights of petitioners are secured in a timely manner.

۳ـ د لغمان او لوېدیځ نورستان ولایتونو ابتدائيه نظامي محکمې د رئيس په ډېرو هڅو؛ قومي مشرانو او سپين‌ږیرو په منځګړیتوب، د پخوانۍ دښمنۍ له امله رامنځته شوې موضوع، چې د دواړو طرفونو يوـ يو کس په کې وژل شوی و، حل او فصل شوه.

۴ـ د ننګرهار زون نظامي محکمې سرپرست رئيس د کونړ او ختیځ نورستان له نظامي محکمې څخه د ليدنې پر مهال مسؤولينو ته وویل، فیصلې دې په خپل وخت او پوره دقت صادرې شي، څو د مراجعینو حقوق پر خپل وخت تأمین شي.

The High Commission for Addressing Displaced Persons' Issues and the Land Allocation Committee has said that over the past five days, residency scores have been distributed in the settlements of 6,553 displaced families in 11 provinces.

The committee stated that these families have been allocated land in Laghman, Nangarhar, Logar, Paktia, Ghazni, Paktika, Zabul, Helmand, Farah, Sar-e-Pul, and Kunduz provinces.

According to the committee's information, a total of 25,465 displaced families have so far been allocated residency scores in their respective settlements, and this process is continuing rapidly.

Kabul Mayor Inspects Road Construction Projects

Kabul Mayor Mawlawi Abdul Rashid conducted a close inspection of the implementation process of five major road construction projects in the southeastern zone of Kabul and issued necessary instructions to relevant officials to prevent substandard work.

The projects include the first section of the Kabul–Logar Road, the road extending from Bini Hissar to Stanikzai and onward to Bagrami, the southern road from Bagrami Bridge to Malalai Intersection and then to Butkhak Intersection, as well as Kamari Road located on the western side of the Bagrami project.

During the inspection, the Kabul Mayor prevented the use of low-quality materials in the road foundation work from Stanikzai Intersection to Bagrami and stressed that all forms of negligence and carelessness must be avoided. He emphasized that all stages of the road construction process should be implemented in accordance with standards.

The mayor also stated that the quality and transparency of the projects are being strictly monitored, adding that substandard work would not be accepted and, if identified, would be demolished and reconstructed.

He instructed the contracting companies to complete the projects on schedule and with high quality through the effective use of available resources and compliance with technical documents.

The Kabul Mayor also directed technical and engineering officials to continuously supervise all stages of the projects and ensure that construction materials are tested in laboratories before use.

It was noted that the purpose of these inspections is to ensure project quality, accelerate implementation, and prevent delays in the execution of Kabul’s infrastructure projects.

Work is underway on various sections of the road from Stanzai Fourway to Begrami.

Work on various sections of the road from Stanzai Fourway to the Begrami road in District Eight is continuing with intensity, and efforts are being made to complete and put this project into operation within the next four months.

The road is 2,530 meters long and 40 meters wide, and includes the construction of drainage systems, sidewalks, flower beds, bicycle lanes, reinforced concrete bridges, lighting systems, and road markings.

With the completion of this road, the traffic volume of the Kabul-Logar route will be diverted to the Karte Nau road and ultimately transferred to the Kabul-Jalalabad road, which will further facilitate economic growth in the relevant areas.

Engineers from the Kabul Municipality’s Planning and Projects Coordination Department are continuously providing technical and engineering oversight of the implementation of this project to ensure that the work is completed to a high quality and within the specified timeframe.

کار بالای بخش‌های مختلف سرک از چهارراهی ستانکزی تا سرک بگرامی در مربوطات ناحیه هشتم با جدیت ادامه دارد و تلاش می‌شود تا این پروژه طی چهار ماه آینده تکمیل و به بهره‌برداری سپرده شود.

این سرک به‌طول ۲٬۵۳۰ متر و عرض ۴۰ متر می‌باشد که شامل اعمار آب‌روها، پیاده‌روها، گلدان‌ها، خطوط بایسکل، پلچک‌های آهن‌کانکریتی، سیستم تنویر و خط‌اندازی سرک است.

با تکمیل این سرک، حجم ترافیک مسیر کابل–لوگر به سرک کارته‌نو تقسیم شده و در نهایت به سرک کابل–جلال‌آباد انتقال می‌یابد که این امر زمینهٔ رشد اقتصادی در ساحات مربوطه را بیش از پیش فراهم خواهد ساخت.

انجنیران ریاست تنظیم برنامه‌ها و پروژه‌های شاروالی کابل به‌گونهٔ دوام‌دار از جریان تطبیق این پروژه نظارت تخنیکی و فنی انجام می‌دهند تا کار پروژه با کیفیت عالی و در زمان معین آن تکمیل گردد.
