Today’s #training with #Runna were shorter #HillRepeats (2x 8 reps of 30s hard uphill, 20s rest, jog back down, 60s rest)
Easily did them all, but the watch app did not only mess up English and Italian voice output, but also did not track correctly at least 3 repeats during the run phase. 😡
Also, I tried to breathe solely through my nose during warmup and cooldown as an additional improvement to my #running behavior.

Today’s #training with #Runna was an Over and Unders 1km (4 reps of 5:10/km, 4:50/km) after a 2.5km warmup and before a 2.5km cooldown at a conversational pace.
Achieved a new 2025 #PR at 10km (52:40) and 5mi (40:59) 🎉😎✌️
Today’s #training with #Runna was a Rolling 400s #Fartlek (8 reps: 400m @ 4:50/km, 400m @ 5:30/km, incl. warmup&cooldown). I had a lot of fun and smashed them. When they were done, I realized I was still 2km away from home… 😂🤷♂️
