• Ich würd' halt eher an #Wine / #Proton / #DXVK basteln, aber wer mit #WinShit arbeiten "muss", muss halt im Zweifelsfalle solche #Extrakosten in Firm von Hardware & Personalstunden betrieblich geltend machen und an Auftraggeber/Kunden durchreichen.

• I wish I was wrong, but #Microsoft paying #Toshiba / #Dynabook, #hp, #Dell, #Lenovo and #Fujitsu is the result if them threatening to ship @ubuntu / #UbuntuLTS instead of #Windows7 / #Windows8 on #Workstation and low-end office machines if they don't get discounts...

Same with #refurbishers that pay less than €10 per key in return for not shipping Linux...

That's why you don't see Linux machines in stores.

And I want @[email protected] / @Bundesregierung & @EU_Commission to actually investigate that sooner than later...
